In this post I will show you two ways to finish open amigurumi pieces. The first one is great for pieces that will later be sewn to another piece and the second one for pieces where the edge will be visible.
When making a closed amigurumi piece there will be a little hole left after finishing the last round. Today I will show how to close up that hole nice and neatly by picking up the front loops of all the remaining stitches and pulling the hole tightly closed.
In this post I will show how to sew flat pieces to a closed piece, depending on whether you want them to stand up, like teddy ears or straight bunny ears, or lay flat against the closed piece, like floppy bunny ears or arms.
