When it comes to amigurumi animals, monkeys are a perennial favorite among crafters because of their fun and whimsical nature. But this little monkey girl is as sweet as they come and will make an adorable gift or a beautiful addition to your own crochet collection.
I used doll joints to attach the arms and legs. I am a huge fan of plastic doll joints - they are so easy to use, the result will always look nice and neat and the moving arms and legs will give your toys a bit of extra character.
The yarn I used is one of my all-time favorites – Scheepjes ‘Stone Washed’, I just absolutely love the way it looks. I used colors 822 brown agate and 801 moonstone. And for the flower I used Cascade Yarn ‘Ultra Pima’ in 3743 yellow rose and 3856 peach cobbler.
