Shipping & Returns
PATTERNS
All patterns are available as PDF files.
When checking out with PayPal or credit card, you will receive an email with a download link once your payment has cleared, usually within minutes.
When paying with direct bank transfer, you will receive an email with a download link within 24 hours of cleared payment. Although most bank transfers are completed within 48 hours, please keep in mind it can take a few days during weekends and holidays.
TOYS
Free shipping worldwide!
All toys will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment from Tallinn, Estonia, unless stated otherwise in the item description. All items will be shipped with priority airmail and come with tracking. I will send the tracking number to your email address once the item has shipped. Delivery time depends on your location:
- Estonia: 2 - 5 business days
- Europe: 5 - 15 business days
- USA and Canada: 10 - 15 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10 - 20 business days
- Latin America and the Caribbean: 10 - 20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 - 20 business days
TOY KITS

I do my best to calculate shipping costs accurately, but if you are charged more than the actual cost, I will refund the difference.
Shipping upgrades
If you need your order sooner than the shipping times listed above, I can use a courier service EMS or DHL. Additional shipping charges will apply, starting at 48 EUR. Please contact me for details at kristi@spire.ee before submitting your order.
Shipping address
Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. Unfortunately I am unable to offer any refunds if the address provided was incorrect.
Customs
Any customs charges, local sales tax or import duties will be paid by the buyer. Please make sure you are aware of your local laws and regulations before making a purchase.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Unused, undamaged items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving. Shipping charges are not refundable. I reserve the right to decline a refund if items have been damaged. Please keep that in mind when packaging items for shipping.
All pattern sales are final and no refund is offered once the pattern file is sent or downloaded.
Damages
If the items you ordered have been damaged, please send me a photo of the items and packaging. I will reship, if possible, or refund your payment.
Lost packages
If you do not receive your items 4 weeks, contact me at kristi@spire.ee. I will do my best to make sure you receive your items or refund the payment.
