Deer kit

Last year I put together kits with some of my favorite patterns and they turned out to be so popular I even had a bit of trouble keeping up with the demand. I'm really glad you're enjoying them and I'll be adding more over the next couple of months, as soon as I can get all materials together and samples finished.



Here's one for the fans of the woodlands - a deer. The finished deer will be around 27 cm (10 2/3") tall from head to toe, 35 cm (14") including antlers, the perfect size for cuddling. In this kit you'll get the pattern and all necessary materials, all you'll need are some tools.

The pattern might be a little challenging for novice crocheters, the antlers can be a bit fiddly to make if you're just starting out making toys. But everything is explained in the pattern, with many step-by-step photos, and with a bit of patience, I'm sure everyone will be able to complete their own little deer.

• Pattern (in English, US crochet terms)
• Yarn (DROPS Lima, 65% wool, 35% alpaca)
• Polyester fiberfill
• Plastic safety eyes
• Plastic doll joints
• Cotton embroidery floss

You will need:

• 2,50 mm crochet hook (US size 1/B)
• Scissors
• Yarn needle
• Stitch marker (optional)
